Water softeners

Sohni Jun 15, 2004 04:16 PM

The place we're moving to is on a well and has a water softener system (Culligan). I really don't know exactly what that entails, and was wondering if anyone can tell me if the water is safe for herps?

If by water softener you mean reverse osmosis then it is safe for reptiles. It is actually better for the animals in my opinion. I have the RO water system in my house even though I don't use well water.
