Is there a breeding "season" for CB BP's?

I have a pair that are getting quite large. They've never been introduced to one another. I would like to see what they produce. Is this the right time of year? Should I place the female with the male or vice versa? Do most of you allow the female to incubate? If so, how long is the incubation period with natural incubation? Thanks.
