I am looking for a place to buy baby monacled or spectacled cobras. Even full grown cobras if they are captive bred. I am just looking for a source in the NC or SC area. Any info would be great. Somebody please help me out.

Give me your email address and I'll send it to a guy I know north of Raleigh. He has a little bit of everything Elapid.

My email is: Rolikei305@aol.com any other places would be awesome. Why is it that hot snakes are so hard to find in North or South Carolina but they are everywhere if you go south to Florida?
There are quite a few hot herpers in NC, Raleigh, Greensboro, Charlotte, and most know, or know of, each other. There are even a few of us here in these forums from time to time. I think many folks are reluctant to 'be known' to a new person because they may keep animals they don't exactly want to be known for in NC, and just a general need to keep this kind of hobby quiet. There are a couple who will talk your ear off once they find out you've kept hots ... then you're kind of 'in'.
I'll send you an email address for a guy who will tell you more than you ever want to know about Najas.
Phil
