You might want to throw in more than 2 for that big girl. She is a looker too. I would go with 8-10 to start out with, make sure she is eating all of them. You can always feed her a few more if she is emptying her dish ib 5 minutes. I always go back an hour after feeding time to take out any that are left in the dish. Usually there are none! Also make sure you are checking her stools (pooh) to make sure her plumbing is working properly. By the way, does your science teacher know you snagged the triple beam balance? Guess what I do for a living

I got it from my grandma when she moved into a old-person home. Thanks for the tips, she just doesn't seem to like eating a lot. She did just have 2 infertile eggs and lost some weight.

P.S. I would like one of the science teachers electronic scales!

I use waxworms to get my females to eat when they are being stubborn. I also give them the closet...I put them in separate cages in a rack in my herp room closet, so they don't get disturbed very much. Don't forget the calcium dish, she will need the calcium after making the eggs. Some people say that the leos get addicted to the waxworms, I haven't experienced that. You can order electronic digital scales off ebay for a decent price, I wouldn't buy them from a reptile place...they tend to mark them up a lot! Good luck!
