jacksons missing toenails

my jacksons is missing all the nails but one on the 1 on the left side of the left front foot i inherited him and it was like this when i got him but i has been swolen for about a month and the person at the repotile store by me said that i could just put neosporin on it but that dosent seem to be doing much any suggestions?

If the wound where the nail was pulled out is healed over the neosporin won't do much. Toes can stay swollen for a long time, but your cham may need a systemic antibiotic to deal with the internal infection that is still going on. The vet may have to drain the toes...not sure. Also, don't automatically go for using Baytril. There are less toxic antibiotics that may work for this such as amoxicillin. If toes turn black they may need to be removed.
