I am so upset I can barely type right now, I just got off the phone with the breeder that scam artist told me he bought the animal from. The breeder informed me he sold this person only one het for albino boa EVER which he proved last year. Now, for scam artists story he writes me an email telling me I misrepresented which snake I bred. I bought two hets from this joker and one proved she by the way is going into surgery for a tumor on her side. SO that’s three snakes in 4 years with issues I also bought .4 possie het balls from him I know none will be het for albino now but I spent a lot of money on those supposed possie hets. This is a huge loss but it’s a good thing I got my other animals from very reputable breeders. All the animals I produced this year from this clutch are hets and to top things off I only got 6 females out of the bunch I am holding them back and breeding them to their striped brother. I did produce a striped boa and this is the reason I was soft on this guy in the beginning but now I am all done with that. I guess this will end in front of a judge. If you want to know who this sham artists is please contact me I don’t want this guy to hurt anyone else.

Well I guess I retract my former statement about giving the guy the benefit of the doubt, because it looks as if you were scammed! That stinks and I hope you can recover your losses. Being a cop I don’t have much hope for you in our legal system. Even if you do get a small claim filed against him, there is very little you can do to force the payment. Unless this guy is truly worried about his credit rating, but most scam artist and criminals could care less about it. I am e-mailing you so I know who not to deal with in the future.
Sorry to hear that yet another dirt ball has taken to Herping as their means of ripping people off
