My second lizard ever was a little bearded dragon named Izzy. I know this is hard to believe but he was agressive. When I would clean his cage I would have to where gloves because he would run over and try to bite me. I was a newbie then and wanted a friendly pet lizard so I found him a home with an experienced dragon keeper. I still miss his little attitude. Since then my collection has grown into mostly snakes including advanced reptiles like chondros. I no longer consider myslef a begginer. I am constanly reading stories about the affection people have towards their dragons and miss the friendlier "pet" reptiles. I think I want a bearded dragon. The problem is the crix. I have no where to keep crickets besides my bedroom which I have to sleep in and not a fan of chirping. They also kinda creep me out..haha. I don't suppose ther's any way around crickets. I know about the comercial diets but don't trust them. I know mealworms are fatty and I don't wanna make daily petstore runs for crickets.
What should I do?
