im not sure exactly how long it would take, but you gotta make sure you keep a close eye on the one that lost the tail, cuz from what ive heard its very hard to get their health back after losing a tail. my guess is that it would take around 6 months for the new tail to complete growing, but i could be way off....

give it a TON of water. everyone that i've had lose a tail dies quickly after from dehydration. ever since i spray them directly and actually watch them drink several times during the day they have all been fine.

hes been drinking a wholelot of water and today was the first night i saw him eats some crickets
