using leachie or gargoyle diet for cresteds

i have seen some posts that suggest feeing gargoyle diet to baby cresteds because of the increased protein content... i am getting two baby cresteds next week and i was wondering if i could feed them leachie diet because i have some already... would it be detrimental at all? does it have the benefit of gargoyle diet with the increased protein? i assume that gargoyle diet has the most protein just judging from all your posts but is it at all comparable to leachie diet... thanks a lot!

That's what I use. It is in between CG Diet and Gargoyle Diet in terms of protein, but it's got higher fiber content, which will help to bind the stools of leachies. I mix leachie diet with babyfood and have excellent results.
