I may, as previously stated be getting a garter snake from a local pet store. Could someone please give me the contact information of a person who breeds garter snakes.(Besides Scott Felzer.) Nothing against him I just want more options. But will still probably go with him!

Hey there !!
Not sure what exactly that you are seeking. Garters are not as popular as say "Corns". There are small hobbyists here and there but Scott is the BIG guy. He is also a VERY nice guy. Totally devoted to his business/hobby. He will help you out before/during/ and after. Depends on what you are seeking. Search the classifieds for "garters" ... Most of those folks acquired their stock from Scott. His animals are clean, top notch. Personally I would not go with a W/C.
If you search the ads Tom Dickinson has some nice garters and Chris's Colubrids also has babies. I think both of these guys have some for sale .... Heck I may be persuaded to part with a pair depending on what you want

Scott is the unrivaled Garter KING though (LOL) ... He is a great guy so he deserves the "crown" ... IMO
