well best way is to give it warn bath for a bit and keep water offered to it. They lap water quite well actually. What makes you thimk it is dehydrated?

You can take a syringe filled with water and feed it (just like a baby with a bottle). Just put a drop on the nose to get the leo to lick and just keep letting the water dribble out. How did it get dehydrated in the first place? Is it sick?

Try feding it pedialite with a siringe or a clean eye dropper. My rep. vet told me this and it worked for my gecko. Also its normal for leos to lap up water like a dog. they get more than it looks like.
