so its polystyrene then tile grout then tile grout sealer or just tile grout sealer with no tile grout...please clarify some one and is any brand better than another? any toxic?

polystyrene, grout ( I use the cheap stuff in the 50 lb bag)then grout sealer. I use the sealer brand in the yellow bottle (I get that at home depot, an can never remember the name). There are other brands. I make sure they are water based sealers...and I never buy the expensive stuff in the BIG bucket!

if the sealer is water based and it gets wet from a spilled waterdish or water pooling on it, will it unseal or become liquidy again?
