Outdoor inclosures....?

RaffertyReptiles Jun 18, 2004 02:03 PM

I just bought a reptarium for my bearded dragon and i was just curious if there are any time limits on letting him stay outside i have the cage set up next to a bush so that half of it is shaded and half is in the sun but i didn't know if leaving him out there too long could be detremental to his health i am out there most of the time and i check on him periodically to make sure hes ok. any info would be appreciated, thanks.

generally, as long as he temps are within normal ange he can live outdors day and night. Be careful of high humidity and local preditors like cats that will rip up a screened enclosure to get at a tasy treat inside.
