nose boogies

amaemena Jun 18, 2004 05:45 PM

My pb looks like she has nose boogies or dried skin. I just noticed it this week. They look dry though, no bubbles or dripping. She had a bit of a sneezing episode three weeks ago, but it completely stopped. She seems to be breathing fine. Any ideas about the boogies?

It's probably just some left over skin from a shed. I've had a piece of skin stuck on a face after a shed, it was a tiny piece that covered the nose and gave the assumption of something dry being stuck on the snakes face, the rest of the skin shed of perfectly.

Did it come off in the next shed or did you work that piece off?

It looked like it was wearing a tiny mask over the nose and I did not want to reach into its face. I left it alone because it wasn’t bothering it, a few days later it shed it off by itself.

If it needs to get it off, it would probably do it on its own. Otherwise you can put a bit of water on the spot and hopefully your can remove it without much effort. I'd just leave it alone.
Dave.
