I was called by a concerned mother. Her 10 year old son had this trapped under his ATV. He wanted to keep it for a pet.

Did you talk him out of keeping it? That wouldnt be a good idea...

Yes as soon as his mother found out it was venomous. There was no way he was keeping it. Although he does keep some yellow rat snakes.
