Two problems come to mind:

1) Both white's tree frogs and Uroplatus are most often offered for sale as stressed, wild caught animals. Both animals are known for often coming in with parasite problems. They don't come from the same part of the world, or even remotely close parts of the world (Indonesia/Australia and Madagascar) so there is a large risk that one of the two could be carrying foreign parasites or diseases that could be harmful to the other. Running fecal tests and working with a vet to treat both before introducing the two to each other would be a solution to this problem.

2) I don't have any experience with henklei but, assuming they feed in a similar way to other geckos of a similar size that I've worked with, I think there is a risk that the frog would be eaten. Geckos generally rely on movement to attract them to food. A jumping frog can look a lot like a tasty meal to a hungry gecko. In a 29 gallon aquarium they will be in close contact with each other all of the time increasing the risk the the gecko will see the frog.

I'd recomend seperating them, in particular moving the gecko to a larger cage. Good luck,
