My ball just had an unusual poop. It kind of got me worried a little. Little background first. He is 4 years old, and I figured he was a male, but this was based purely on visual cues so who knows he could be small female.
Now he/she has never used the bathroom in the water bowl. This was the first time. But only part of it was in the water bowl. The (white) urates was next to 2 little (about diameter of a nickle and thickness of 4 nickles stacked) hard things. I would have not even notices but as I was pulling the paper out of the enclosure one fell off and made a "clunk" sound on the bottem of the cage. They were very hard and I saved them in a baggie with wet paper towels(misted) in it just in case I need to take it to the vet soon. Any idea of what they were? I'm clueless as what. Only thing I could come up with is maybe calcium deposits as a result of false eggs. Right now no other ball python just a boa in the same room, so no accidental mateing or anything.
