Feeder Rats in North Texas

Hello! (please excuse the cross-posting to the Feeder Forum - I'm trying to cover all bases!)

I am trying to track down a mass breeder of feeder rats in North Texas, at least 5,000 animals, probably in small town, possibly associated with a feed store or pet store.

Thank you very much for your time, and expertise - I have asked for help with cruelty investigations from the Kingsnake community in the past and have always been very happy with the positive and open response.
