Well, looks like one of my females has gone aggro. She used to be housed in a community cage a year ago, but she wasn't doing too good, so I seperated her until she got back up to par. Recently, I tried to put her in with two other females and the first time, she was okay for a day - then attacked my other two females. Now, this was a cage that she wasn't used to. So there is no way she was being territorial. And she hadn't been fed in a day, so thought that it might've been hunger that made her strike the others. So, I removed her.
Feeding her well, I then reintroduced her to the other gals again. And not six minutes after her being in there she launched an all out attack on one of the other females. It was like watching crocodiles doing the death roll. And she gave me a good bite when I picked them both up to get them to seperate from each other. She looks to be a solitary animal now. But, that is okay. Just would save on the electric bill a little if I could put her in with the other two.
Anyone ever have an experience like this before?
