here are some pics of the undrfed burm that I got yesterday. It looks a whole heck of alot better than it did yesterday. I think it was dehydrated pretty bad. I bet it has not eaten in at leats 3 months. I wish people who subject animals to these conditions would be put in a cage and offered food and water just enough to keep them alive. It is really pitiful. You can't realy se the protruding ribs of it but you can see th expaosed backbone. when you pick it up you can feel and see the ribs and actually count them. It is 7'2"

I've been rescuing all sorts of exotics for almost 16 years now (coming up on that in a couple months). Mostly iguanas and small mammals and birds but over the last three years, I got into snakes and I've taken in my fair share of abused snakes.
It's really sad when people mistreat animals like this.

Kudos to you for saving this beautiful kiddo. Please do keep us posted on how it's doing as time progresses. I'm sure in no time you'll have it fat and happy.

Hugs!

Next month sometime I'm going to start breeding rabbits for it's food and some nice rabbit meat for me too. I like rabbit. But as for now I'm goign to get a few more rats today. I hate buying rats at a petsote because they are a pretty penny. But you gotta do what ya gotta do. I have a few other things that'll take out some rabbits too.
