Well i dont know about a fogger, but I know how to make a good humidy box? I had to make this for my sick monitor(who died last week) but im not sure if this will help. I just took a big plastic container poked some holes in the top took a hot wet towel put it in and put a heat lamp over the holes. It worked well, a heat pad would also work, not sure if this will help but hell i tried.

I dont know exactly what you mean, but I bought the cheapo at wal mart, and it was by vicks i think. the humidifier element just floats in water, so you can set it in any type of container as long as there is about an inch or so of water. It also puts out a warm mist. Its pretty economical, and works very well. I got it to get an entire room, about 9x8x7, up to over 90% humidity when i was healing up an adoption. Im pretty sure it was only about 10-15 bucks. and you really cant beat it.

Whats the humidity where you live?
