Very nice looking girl. Looks a lot loke my het for granite girl but a little smaller. I am still struggling trying to get my 1.1 albino's het for granite switched to rabbits. Congrats on your success. Todd

Thanks guys!! She is around 7 feet and not even a year old yet!! I just stuck a rat in a container with the rabbit for a while then fed the rat first followed by a rabbit!! Then i only scented the second rabbit!! The rabbits were around 3 pounds or so!!

Your girl sounds a lot like my normal male. He is about 7 feet, 10-11 months old and pounding down collasule(spelling ha)and jumbo rats. When should I try rabbits, I'm thinking small rabbits(about 1.5 pounds) because the rats still make a nice lump in him.

but I thought it was a great pic of my Dumerils boa feeding....

This should be it....

Impressive! Your Dumerils is big enough for rabbits? How big is he?

That is a rabbit he's eating? Mine is still only about 5 feet long and he's over 3 years old. I've seen some pretty big Dums.
I just ended up with a small one, it's a good thing I guess....

Sawgawd I want to get my guy on rabbits also but he still takes his time with huge rats. It takes him about 30 minutes to get them down so I'm gonna wait. Something I was tossing around in my head was starting him on baby rabbits (just weaned). The local petstore I get rats from breeds all his own feeders so he always has baby everything. I'm thinking bout getting him used to rabbit scent and just the whole difference between rats and rabbits would be easier with little one's... I think.
