would I be able to feed my chameleon Flukers Freeze Dried Cricketss? they come gut loaded already so I thought this would be less time consuming. thanks.

No, chams are sight predators and will need to see movement to be interested in the food. Even if they would eat something dead I would not use this. Fresh gutload will be much more nutritious and have fewer additives.
