Don't think so, classic signs are clicking, popping or wheezing sound when opening mouth or breathing and yellow thick or stringy discharge from the mouth......

Hope all goes well for you and your buddy....take care

Do you raise or lower the humidity for URI? I have always been told to raise it but I know some folks go with lower humidity. I have never had that problem thank G-d, just curious.

Living on Earth is expensive, but it does include a free trip around the sun every year.

I've never had a dragon with one myself either....but since increased humidity causes them....I would say lower humidity but increased hydration to keep their secretions thinner and easier to pass.
