Juno Road, Saturday night

I made a quick trip out to Val Verde Co on Saturday. Decided against 277 after all the talk here last week (those posts are now gone).

When I arrived at 9:00pm, Rob and Nathan said they had just seen a bairdi, an atrox and a longnose. They didn't see much later either apparently (a lep and another atrox). I ran into another hunter who had just found an alterna on one of the cuts north of Baker's crossing.

I hunted road and cuts from 9:00 to 3:00am and didn't see a single snake!

Hope all is well. We have to hook up out there sometime with Dr. LaDuck!!! James and I were out in May and got a nice light phase male and an annulata on Juno, then not too much in the bend... Another awesome trip for sure!!!
