I have them in an incubator trying to incubate at 80, but its so warm here that the temperature goes up to 90 because thats how warm it is in our place. Is there anything I can do to keep them cool?

If there's a warm room in your house or even a closet that consistently stays 80 degrees, you can keep your eggs there. Good luck!

Well, if you have a basement, try setting up the incubator down there. It should be cool enough, even in the heat.
