This guy really got some color on this shed. He should be super nice when he's older. Of coarse he's the nastiest Blood I have!! I handle him with gloves and then take them off and he seems relaxed and then out of no where he nails you !! Hopefully he will calm down.....Joe

Nice looking sumatran, is he one of Kara's offsprings? looks good.I have one snake that is really nasty, my little striped borneo, I don't think he's ever going to let me hold him bare handed or without spraying me.He'll calm down for you in time atleast you can grab him with gloves.Good luck, keep the pics coming. Ethan,,, Wow sorry to hear about your Borneo being so mean. I had told Joe that I never had a problem with any captive bred bloods/borneos, and your post made me remember one that did get the better of me. It was a very pretty striped borneo named Psycho. It turned out that only the males out of that clutch were mean like that. I would tell everyone that I could tame any snake until I met him. That snake would even bite himself in anger. I really hope yours will calm down with age, but how fast I forgot about Psycho! So I stand corrected...

I got this male from a guy in Pa. I am going to try the sock thing. At least he doesn't spray me. That has to be a plus. My goal is to only have a single screaming "puppy tame " Blood. I have a female who is really nice. She has never struck. She is smaller than this guy and not as colorful but who knows with a few sheds and some time maybe she will be as nice and tame to boot.....Joe
