URI and humidity

do you raise or lower the humidity to treat URI???

Depends. What are you treating, and what is the humidity level now? Too high or too low humidity can cause respiratory distress in different animals.

these are both hypotheticals as I have not had a URI problem but am just curious.

Bearded Dragon- current humidity 10-20%
Jungle Carpet - 20-40%

Your humidity levels soud good for the two mentioned. Maybe a little higher for the Jungles, but they will be fine at 40%.
