shedding?

I'm kinda new to the gecko scene. My question is...I've had my leopard gecko for about 2 months (give or take) and it hasn't shed yet. I mist him/her every day, and feed it everyday. I'm guessing it's about 3 months old or so (the pet store didnt really know) but is there something I'm doing wrong? Also, I have been noticing it's been laying in it's water dish a lot, and just laying in the heat instead of in it's hide. I dont know if that'll help or not. But thanks in advance to anyone who replys.

Jessica

how does the color of the gecko look? is it kind of hazy or dull looking? perhaps it has shed but when you weren't around or when you were sleeping.. if it's been laying in it's waterdish, i don't know if that's normal.. it doesn't sound like it to me tho..

if you don't pay really close attentin you alot of times won't know they shed because they eat the skin. Do you have a humid hide? If so I would not woory, though laying in the water bowl is quite unnatural for a leo.

its color is kinda dull/pale, i probably just didn't notice or something. it has only laid in the waterbowl that one time....i should have taken a picture....it hasn't done it sense though. i thought it was weird myself though.

My leo happened to shed on the first day I got her, and before she did I noticed that she climbed into the water bowl and walked through it. She didnt lay in it though, but just walked through it
