WOW! You sure have lots of variety in the mix. I wonder how many people have triple hets in their collections and don't even know it! BTW, Great photo shot too...I have trouble getting just one corn in a pic, let alone several.lol

Great snakes. Love the striped corns. I was thinking of trying to start a breeding project to incorporate stripes into my snows and ghosts. Two quick questions...
1) is that an amber stripe there in the pic? Wasn't sure, but it looked like it.
2) If I bred stripes into the bloodred line, and got one that was striped and blood red.... would the bloodred gene make the stripes fade with age? Would that make something like a vanishing striped corn? Just curious... might be a nice thing to try... Thanks.
Dave
The Striped Hypos that I breed out sure do fade and look almost patternless. You can only see the striping in the front few inches of the snake and then it fades to a bright red orange the rest of the way. Here is a picture that is about six months old (it is when he was 18 months old) and the other is when he was first born)

Can you tell us who had that animal? I have been looking and looking for a confirmed double homozygous (stripe or motley with bloodred) animal, but have yet to see one. I would be VERY interested in any information you could supply.
Thanks!!!

In the june of 2003 issue of Reptiles mag. there is a picture of a sriped bloodred.I can't remember the guys name who had them at a Phily. Pa. reptile show. They where for display only. I think he was selling hets though. He told me the picture in the Reptiles mag. was of his snake. Reptiles mag. credits Bill Love for the photo, so you may wish to contact Kathy love. she would almost definatly be able to point you in the right direction. Bye the way, I said striped was dominant, they are in pattern anyway, but they still have the blood color including the grey head(verry cool). Hope this helps
Great pic!
Do you have any pictures of the parents?
Thanks, and congratulartions!
That has to be the coolest picture ever! I love these guys! good job!
