blue garters and ribbons

hi im new to this forum adn im looking to start a snake breeding project.a article i read in a reptile hobbyist magazine said the best snakes to start breeding are garter,water or ribbon snakes.is this true.if so i would like to breed the blue stripe ribbon snake or the florida blue garter snake.are these good choices.how do you care for these snakes.any help would be greatly appreciated.thanks for your time

garter snakes are very easy to care for. i have had them. they eat frogs and small mice scented with frogs. have you though about geting a corn snake they are very easy to care for.corns are great starter snakes.
