you got the leo in sept 03, so how old is this leo? a year? or 2 months. Is this brandon again?

Explain more what's wrong, and what you've tried

i got her (i think its a her) in sept 03, as in a year ago. ive tryed working with her i.e handling her, hand feeding her, just petting her. i was told by a freind that if i cool her tank down a bit her reactions would slow and i could handle her more easily. i tried that. i didnt work so well. i ope that helps you to help me
thanks,
andrew fredrick

So yours is a year old? Assuming full grown?Sometimes depending on your gecko, some are just less sociable than others no matter what you do.

one thing that is quite forcefull/stressful but will work faster is if you take out all the furniture or at least hides and then talk and put your hand in the cage. Move it gradually closer and closer to the gecko, don't ever grasp a gecko overhead unless its really tame. let it smell/lick you. Once it stops breathing really fast it'll start wandering around and that means its prolly calmed down. Pretty much corner it so that the only option is has is to walk on your hand to get over. Just let it freely walk over your hand at first. And this is little daily by the way don't do all this all in one day. Next time when she's on your hand you can try lifting it and she;ll eventually learn you're not a threat.
If its really scared you'll have to just leave her alone
good luck and sorry that this was so long
