Will you please give me a list of what I need for the first week of having a bearded dragon?????????? Include cage, supplies, food, ect. And this is a baby bearded.

for a baby: 10 gallon cage, paper towels, crixs, greens and fruits and veggies, trex vgf, sturdy safe basking area (bricks,wood), hide out, uvb light, heat light, fixtures for lights, and a beardie. thats a very basic setup, avoid sand for small baby beardies. hope this helps

you are welcome, but dont thank me entirely, alot of that info came from people on this forum.

I would recommend a 20 gal tank over 10 gal. Its very hard to get a basking spot of 105F and a cool zome of 80F in a 10 gal tank, its just too small. I would recommend a 20 gal instead, not much more expensive, will last much longer before you have to upgrade and you'll be able to get a really good temp gradient.

Paper towel for substrate, basking sopt lamp, 5.0 or 8.0 uvb strip light, basking rock or climbing log, calcium and multivitamin supplements, digital thermometer to check temps, and lots of baby crickets!!

expect to pay at least twice as much for teh habitat set-up than the beardie - the set-up is expensive but required to give the bd a healthy start.
