In my dealings with them they have been top notch as far as ease of ordering, and customer service goes. If a problem arose which it does at times with live bugs, they were on top of it, and I had replacements the next morning, usually more then I claimed I had lost. I never had a problem with them that could not be resolved within 24 hours.

yeah, i ordered five hundred crix for two day shipment, and it came the next day!

I had a bad experience where they sent my order to the wrong address, and when I finally got it all the insects were dead. To this day I never got a response to my emails.
From what I understand I'm in a very small minority, and most people have great experiences with them, so I don't know what happened.
I've always been very happy with lllreptiles.com

I wasn't pleased with the # of crickets on my last order & the last two orders, the supers died quickly.
I ordered from Armstrong last time. They cost a little more but the crickets where very clean,(no smell when they arrived!) Great #'s and the supers last!
Just my experience.

I ordered from them and the first order came wet from the ripe apples, and with about 80% death. Then they sent me another order of 1000 crix for free and they were about 70% dead. I asked for a refund and they said they would just give me a credit. So after a while I decided to use my credit and ordered more large crix and they died in 3 days.
I love Armstrong Crickets but they are pricy!! Southern crix are very good also.
