Just got back in town from leading a group of junior high youth on a field herpetology trip to upper Michigan (fantastic trip....tons of herps). Well, the last four couperi eggs hatched while I was away and it looks like 8 perfect hatchlings this year...not great but I am VERY thankful for these little gems. If I can figure out how to post pics, I will. Dean, glad to hear your girl made it through surgery w/out too many difficulties.
