Anyone know where I can see any pictures of blister disease on snakes? I just want to know what to look for in case it ever happens. I noticed my 50/50 cali king had something wrong with one of his scales last night. He just finished shedding and I had a humidity box in his enclousure to help him with the shed. There is only ONE scale that I noticed that looked brownish in color. I looked and it's NOT a mite or anything else...it's the scale itself. Should I put some neosporin on it to be on the safe side? It doesn't look like a blister to me.It's on one of the white scales which is the only reason I noticed it. I keep his cage clean. I clean once every week or two,do spot cleaning every day.
