Hi, well i have a few things to say, and again, i just got home from work, its late, and i worked 24 yesturday, so needless to say, im super tired, but i have to let everyone know this. I have been working on a photo album to sell our buddys peter watsons animals, so today when i got home, i finally got everything finished and posted it on the classifieds. Well a few hours later i checked the ad, cause i had no responses and i realized it wasnt there. I wrote the kingsnake moderator asking what happend and told them the story of what was going on (thinking it was deleted, because i broke the terms of service),well about five minutes after i wrote the email, i checked the tree boa classifieds and realized i posted it in the wrong place (DDDDDDDDuuuuuuuuuuHHHHHHHH) so i wrote back and apology email, stating my mistake. Well, when i got home from work from the fire college tonite, i signed on to check my email, and put the post on the right classifieds, and i had a ton of emails for from the post. Kingsnake put the ad in the right classifieds for me while i was at work, and all i have to say, is kingsnake.com is one CLASS ACT. I honestly dont have words to say about what they did, except thank you from the bottum of my heart, Im a big guy, that has shed alot of tears over the past two weeks, and now i can honestly say, that im shedding tears of joy from the overwhelming response that has come from this post. You cant imagine how many people have bought snakes, its simply amazing. This shows the quality of people that come to this forum, and i want to let everyone know how much this means to me, and when his family and friends in NY find out tomorrow, they will be just as happy and overwhelmed as i am right at this moment, i just cant beleive it. Well, again, thank you kingsnake.com, and all the great people that our apart of this community. Take care everyone. Bill

Bill,

I'm glad I could help in some small way to facilitate this. When Shawn's post was removed, he wrote me very upset. My own heart has ached for this family, even though I didn't know Peter.

For those of you who sometimes wonder if the folks "behind the scenes" are real people with hearts - I hope this is some reassurance that we do care about our members, and the herping community as a whole.

Warmest wishes,

And they even put the link on the Classifieds Home page! I saw it before I even clicked on 'Boas' , so, naturally I had to help out to buy some of these outstanding animals

It can't be said enough.. Pete was a great guy and what you're doing for his family Bill is just beyond words...

Talk to you soon - Joe

Especially putting a link on the classified home page.

My condolences to the family and friends of Peter. Great to see fellow herpers rally around and buy these wonderful animals. Kinda makes all the bickering that goes on sometimes kind of insignificant eh? I didn't know Pete personally, but he must have been a heck of a guy to have garnered all this love. Really, I think the herping world was better to have someone like him in it.
