Woke up to a nice surprise of 10 good looking Sonoran eggs today. 8 are huge and all of them look really good, but two are fairly small, but time will tell.

Have a good one,

are you expecting any other morphs besides hypo from this clutch? Are eggs usually elongated from Sonorans Gregg? Just curious. I guess with the size of the eggs, they would need to be elongated to start. You've good some nice clutches cooking this year.

Yes, that is the mother of your yearling, and you have the father already, lol. I bred her to a Blizzard this year, so hopefully she does throw some nice babies out again like the ones you picked up.

Have a good one, and keep me updated on those baby bulls!

Hello there Terry,
I am expecting another blizzard, maybe two this time, some Albino's (Hybinos), Hypos and hopefully at least one Ghost. The parents are het for all four morphs, but with only 8-10 eggs it's hard to say what will pop out this year. And most of the eggs which hatched last year were very elongated, so that is why i'm skeptical about those two smaller, round ones. But they look really good, maybe they will just be miniature sonorans, lol. Thanks for the great comments, and best of luck with your nice projects too.

HAve a good weekend, i'm off to a wedding.

Thanks Gregg
Thats a nice big clutch .I hope you get a ghost . My Hypo Sonoran throughs different size eggs too. She has had four and half inch longs and 2 inch eggs in the same clutch , they all hatch and all are the same lenght but the bigger eggs just thicker snakes . I guess there is just more yoke to absorbe .

Thanks for letting me know that some of your sonorans lay smaller sized eggs too. I just checked them and all 10 seem to be doing great. I wish i had as many sonoran eggs as i ended up with corn eggs...if you find some lone female sonorans or capes laying around there give me a call, i need a few more, lol.
Have a good one Jason,
