cleaning practice

justinmatthew Jun 24, 2004 12:56 PM

I own several snakes and a bearded dragon and when I thoroughly clean the enclosure I generally practice extreme caution and clean each enclosure one at a time making sure not use the same rags for any tank so that if their was anything unwanted lurking I would cross contaminate. Is this a good practice or is this somewhat extreme. It takes a long time and I use countless amounts of rags.
Thank you,
Justin

cheap paper towels or toilet paper would work just as well.
