Hi,

If I breed a sibling from a Hypo to a normal BCI is it possible that I can get babies that are Hypo or will they all look normal?

Is a normal baby from a hypo litter and you breed it to a normal bci........All the babies will be normal.
If your animal is a hypo and you breed it to a normal...Half the litter will be hypo. (give or take)
If you have a hypo that is dominant and you breed it to a normal...All the babies should be hypos. You may get a couple of normals in there though.
