If I were you, I would put the baby in something a little bigger. I have mine in a 20L which will hold her until she is ready for my 55 gallon.
If you are talking about a heat lamp and the photoperiod:
The photoperiod should be 14hours of light and 10 hours of dark.
If you insist on keeping this baby in the 10gallon, you will have to use different wattages to see what will get your temps up to 90-100 on the basking side (although, it will be difficult to maintain a proper gradient in such a small place). I have a 100W bulb in my 20L.
It also depends on the substrate you use. Papertowels (as I use) do not really hold the heat well. However, sand will hold the heat better and allow for a lower wattage bulb.
I think if you have sand you could probably get away with a 60-75W.
If you are talking about a UV (A&B) light: I use a 15W Reptisun 8.0 (I believe it is 18" long).
