I was thinking of getting a dumeril boa, spotted python or childrens python. They all stay under 6-7 ft I heard. Which would be the easiest to care for and such?

The size difference between the pythons you mentioned and the boa are quite significant. Also the dumeril's also need higher humidity. All make good pets.
Hope that helps.
I have kept and bred both spotted and Children's pythons and would highly recomend either of them. Once they get started eating they don't go off feed like ball pythons. They are easy to breed if you should decide to do so later. They don't take up much room. A 20 gallon long aquarium is enough for adults. Good luck with whatever you decide.
