What ratio of perlite to water should I being for my crested eggs?

I wish I could help, but here's how I do it. I figure that the perlite weighs almost nothing, the eggs weigh almost nothing, and the deli cup weighs almost nothing. I figure most of the weight of the container is water, so I just spray enough water that the container actually has weight in my hands. So far with this totally unscientific method, I have 18 hatchlings from 18 eggs. I'm sure someone will write in with the correct ratio but since I have no way of measuring, I'll probably keep doing what I'm doing. (If it's not broke, don't fix it.)
1:1 by weight. If you are using 100 grams of Perlite, use 100 grams of water to moisten it. OF course you will need a scale, digital kitchen scales work great. I have some basic instructions on my website in the "Crested Gecko Care Cheet". Link below.
