Horned frog care sheets?

Hi, a friend of mine was just given a horned frog (owners moving overseas). Don't know what species or what kind of shape it's in, except that they feed it mealworms. I'm not a frog person, so can't advise her. Can anyone point me to some good care sheets I can give her to help her out? Thanks very much!
