I cut all the eggs open.......

when they are ready....not on day 53 no matter what like some of these fools......

....2 had heads out...3 cut a little...I helped them all out and separated them ...put each in it's own box...labeled them....and cut them open...

they are all ok...and cute...and 50% chance poss het albinos again.....8 more.......

Hey, thankyou for posting the "educational" pics. I spend an hour a day looking for the kind of stuff your showing. No book has enough info, and your right, most pics are "look at me" Did you see the albino baby with the egg sac? Very interesting.

I see the connection to the shell but am wondering where they are attached to the snake? Is it where the yolk is? Does the snake or the egg benefit from the vessels connected to the shell? I mean does the snake get calcium from the eggshell or does the eggshell need a supply of blood to remain "alive/good"?
