Hey,
I've had my baby ball for two weeks...so far I have NOT noticed him "sniffing" around with his tongue. Ever. It seems very odd to me. He's fairly active, too...won't take food yet. I'm not handling him at all...trying to get him acclimated. Is this normal? Any explanation?
I'm not really sure about the behavior with a baby. My bp is 3 years old. She doesn't flick much in her tank anymore, but she does when I pick her up, or go somewhere new (like a different room).
Once she's settled in to her environment try short holding sessions. Watch what she does.
