fatality from copperhead?

I haven't been on this forum for a little while, so maybe someone already discussed this, but I didn't see anything as I briefly scrolled through.

Anyway, I was reading an article named "fatal snake bite" in the herp news here on KS and it said that a man died from a copperhead bite, but in the picture they had a timber rattler. What is going on? Does anyone know any more info on this? Because I have never heard of anyone being killed by a copperhead bite. Do they just not know the ID of the snake? Just curious.
