Leucistic Texas ratsnake

rwells69 Jun 26, 2004 08:22 PM

I have several Leucistic ratsnkaes and noticed something on 2 of them.
Beautiful white, but the two have red blotches on their sides and not the bellies.
Their not raised, but more of a pattern type.
I have had them for quite sometime now, and they just appeared out of nowhere. Any idea if this is a bacteria infection or a sign of something.
Any help would be appreciated.

I've noticed this on my leucistic spitting cobra female, and it eventually went away (after a year or so). I have no idea what it was, but I didn't worry about it.
