Wondering if other peoples beardies sleep at diff times of the day sometimes he stays up but sometimes he gose to bed hour or 2 befor normal is this normal or fine ? 2 Q's is about hissing my puff is around 3 months now and I have had him for a good month and a half or so and when I try to pick him up he hissis I move slow and go from the side and use both hands and still hissis im going to try to get a hold of some slikies and give him as treats when i pick him up and see if that works but has anyone else had this problem ? and can it be fixed or will he always do it thx for any comments.

I don't know about the hissing, but sometimes my lizards will bed down an hour or so before lights out. They're both healthy otherwise, so I think it's normal.

yes i had this problem with my female and now she is very tame.
heres a some tips to help you.
1. be patient. patience is a virtue.
2. be calm and gentle around your beardie.
3. Always be in control of any animal you own. when they control you.... its no longer fun.
