WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THESE SNAKES?

snakemannick Jun 26, 2004 11:36 PM

I was wondering what ever happened to the pearl boa?
The Blue Hypo boa from last year, The patternless boa from Ron St. Pierre,The Diamente Argentine rainbow boa?,Moonbow Brazilian rainbow?,Paradox albino boa? Candycane boa? Just curious as to the developments of these snakes.
If proven genetic, babies for sale whos got them etc.
Thanks for your answers, if you have them.
Nick

You will be seeing babies from some of those projects in the years ahead.

The Pearl Boa is dead....died during pregnancy or breeding trials, can't exactly remember. That snake was hexed from the start though.
The Diamante Rainbow is something I've been waiting to hear about for a while now. We produced a few of them many years ago but unfortunately they all died before they were even a month old...perhaps they were malformed in some other way aside from their patterns.
I take it you were flipping through the pages of that fantastic Vivarium issue? Those were the days....I miss Vivarium.
